Merchandise purchased at Atlas Originals can be returned to us for any reason within 7 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.


Merchandise Return

Merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason subject to the following terms and conditions:-

- return initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of Atlas Originals product;

- merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed;

- merchandise must be returned with original packaging;

- merchandise returns must be supported with an Atlas Originals receipt as proof of purchase.


Please initiate a merchandise return request by emailing to us (sales@atlasoriginals.com) together with the proof of purchase (i.e. Atlas Originals invoice).


An Atlas Originals representative will be in touch with you. If Atlas Originals determines that your merchandise is eligible for a return / refund, we will notify you to arrange for the shipment of the Atlas Originals merchandise to our premise.


To be eligible for a refund, subject to our inspection, we would require a locally registered bank account number.


Kindly note that flawed or defective product purchased online can be returned under Atlas Originals Six Months Limited Warranty Program (except Atlas Originals Leather Hand Protectors). Atlas Originals Warranty Program is valid for 6 months from date you received Atlas Originals product.


Merchandise Exchange

Merchandise can be returned for merchandise exchange at the original purchase subject to the following terms and conditions:-

> return initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of Atlas Originals product;

> merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed;

> merchandise must be returned with original packaging;

> merchandise exchange must be supported with an Atlas Originals receipt as proof of purchase.

> customers will be responsible for covering the full shipping costs i.e (both ways)


Kindly note that you will only be eligible for merchandise exchange once only.


Please initiate a merchandise exchange request by emailing to us (sales@atlasoriginals.com) together with the proof of purchase (i.e. Atlas Originals invoice).


An Atlas Originals representative will be in touch with you. If Atlas Originals determines that your merchandise is eligible for an exchange, we will notify you to arrange for the shipment of the Atlas Originals merchandise to our premise.


Our Return and Refund Work Process

- Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will immediately notify you on the status of refund subject to inspection of the returned merchandise.

- If your merchandise return is approved, we will request from you the bank-in details via email (sales@atlasoriginals.com). Do not respond to any email address other than sales@atlasoriginals.com.

- Upon receipt of the required information, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

- For refund - you will receive the refund within 5 working days, subject to the standard interbank funds transfer delays.

- If Atlas Original product was delivered to your address more than 15 days ago, please contact us for help prior to returning it.


Our Product Exchange Work Process

- Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will immediately notify you on the status of refund subject to inspection of the returned merchandise.

- If your merchandise exchange is approved, we will request from you the shipping / courier details via email (sales@atlasoriginals.com). Do not respond to any email address other than sales@atlasoriginals.com.

- Upon receipt of the required information, we will initiate a courier / shipment to your designated address.

- If Atlas Original product was delivered to your address more than 15 days ago, contact us for help prior to returning it.
